Description:
TRAF proteins are multifunctional signal adaptors that are involved in the activation of the kinase cascades which activate c-Jun N-terminal kinase, p38 mitogen activated protein kinase, and the transcription factor NF-κB. Members of the TRAF family form homodimers as well as heterodimers, resulting in extensive diversity and specificity to their function in signal transduction pathways. Western blot analysis of L5178Y (1), WR19L (2) and NIH/3T3 (3) cells, probed with TRAF6 pAb. Western blot analysis of L5178Y (1), WR19L (2) and NIH/3T3 (3) cells, probed with TRAF6 pAb.
