Product Name :
Biotinylated Recombinant Human CD19 Protein, His Tag

Description :
FAQ COA 已发表文献 CD19 protein plays a central role in B cell activation and humoral immune responses. It is required for the responsiveness of mature B cell to antigen stimulation, germinal center development, and antibody affinity maturation. CD19 has emerged as promising therapeutic target for hematologic cancers and solid tumors. 产品性质 Synonyms CD19; B4; CVID3; Leu-12; MGC12802 Uniprot No. P15391 Source Biotinylated Recombinant Human CD19 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Met1-Lys291. Molecular Weight The recombinant CD19 consists of 283 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 31.6 kDa. Purity > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Endotoxin Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22 m filtered solution in PBS. Normally 5% – 8% trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/mL` is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Storage :

MedChemExpress (MCE) recombinant proteins include: cytokines, enzymes, growth factors, hormones, receptors, transcription factors, antibody fragments, etc. They are often essential for supporting cell growth, stimulating cell signaling pathways, triggering or inhibiting cell differentiation; and are useful tools for elucidating protein structure and function, understanding disease onset and progression, and validating pharmaceutical targets. At MedChemExpress (MCE), we strive to provide products with only the highest quality. Protein identity, purity and biological activity are assured by our robust quality control and assurance procedures.
