It contains Gln25-His559. Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 63.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 42 kDa, 80-135 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Purity > 90% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE Endotoxin 1.0EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
