Product Name :
Recombinant Biotinylated Human FGFR1 beta (IIIc) Protein,His-Avi Tag

Description :
Synonyms FGFR-1; BFGFR; bFGF-R-1; FLT-2;N-sam; CD331; Source Biotinylated Human FGFR1 beta (IIIc) Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Lys158-Thr355.[Accession | P11362-7] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 25.23 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-55 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Anti-FGFR1 Anitibody at 5g/ml (100l/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human FGFR1 beta (IIIc) , His Tag with the EC50 of 0.35g/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
