It contains Lys28-Tyr196(CD8 alpha) acidic tail and Leu22-Thr175(CD8 beta) basic tail.[Accession | P01731(CD8 alpha)&P10300(CD8 beta)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 24.80 kDa (CD8 alpha) and 23.17 kDa (CD8 beta).
