Product Name :
Recombinant Mouse CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein,His-Flag Tag

Description :
Synonyms CD8 alpha CD8A&CD8B; Source Mouse CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Flag tag at the C-terminus. It contains Lys28-Tyr196(CD8 alpha) acidic tail and Leu22-Thr175(CD8 beta) basic tail.[Accession | P01731(CD8 alpha)&P10300(CD8 beta)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 24.80 kDa (CD8 alpha) and 23.17 kDa (CD8 beta). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 32-38 kDa (CD8 alpha) and 42-50 kDa (CD8 beta) based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Storage :
1.The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

MedChemExpress (MCE) recombinant proteins include: cytokines, enzymes, growth factors, hormones, receptors, transcription factors, antibody fragments, etc. They are often essential for supporting cell growth, stimulating cell signaling pathways, triggering or inhibiting cell differentiation; and are useful tools for elucidating protein structure and function, understanding disease onset and progression, and validating pharmaceutical targets. At MedChemExpress (MCE), we strive to provide products with only the highest quality. Protein identity, purity and biological activity are assured by our robust quality control and assurance procedures.
