Source Mouse CD24 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with mFc at the C-terminal. It contains Gln27-Gly53.[Accession |P24807] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 29.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 58-62 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGEandHPLC Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
