It contains Asp23-Glu120(CD3e)&Gln23-Gln106(CD3G). Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 17.9 kDa (CD3e) and 17.9 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-40 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC Endotoxin 1.0EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method.
