Product Name :
Biotinylated Human Her2/ErbB2 Protein, His-Avi Tag
Description :
FAQ COA 已发表文献 ErbB2, also called Her2, is a typeI membrane glycoprotein that is a member of the ErbB family of tyrosine kinase receptors. ErbB family members serve as receptors for the epidermal growth factor (EGF) family of growth factors. The cytoplasmic domain of ErbB2 has been shown to associate with beta-catenin and plakoglobin. ErbB2 appears to play roles in development, cancer, communication at the neuromuscular junction and regulation of cell growth and differentiation. 产品性质 Synonyms CD340; EGFR2; ErbB2; HER2; herstatin; MLN19; NGL; TKR1; ERBB2; NEU; ENV; ENVW; ERVWE1; HERV7Q; HERVW Uniprot No. P04626-1 Source Recombinant Biotinylated Human Her2/ErbB2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Thr23-Thr652. Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 72.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-100 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC Endotoxin 1.0EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100g/mLis recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
