Product Name :
Recombinant Human CD34 (His Tag)
Description :
FAQ COA 已发表文献 CD34 is a 115 kDa glycosylated type I transmembrane protein; it was discovered as a hematopoietic cell-surface antigen. Human CD33 cDNA encodes a 385 amino acid (aa) precursor that contains a 31 aa signal sequence, a 259 aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21 aa transmembrane sequence, and a 74 aa cytoplasmic domain. Within the ECD, human CD34 shares 55% and 52% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CD34, respectively. This single-pass sialomucinlike transmembrane protein is heavily glycosylated and phosphorylated by Protein Kinase C (PKC). CD34 is found on multipotent precursors, bone marrow stromal cells, embryonic fibroblasts, vascular endothelia, as well as some populations of mesenchymal stem cells, and tumor cell lines, and it is a common marker for diverse progenitors. CD34 is involved in the adhesion of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or to stromal cells. 产品性质 别名 CD34; RP11-328D5.2; CD34 molecule; HPCA1 Uniprot No. P28906.1 Recombinant Human CD34Protein is expressed from HEK293Cellswith His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ser32-Thr290. 分子量 Approximately 28.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-130 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGEand HPLC. ELISAData: Immobilized Human CD34, His Tag at 0.5g/ml (100l/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CD34 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 16.5ng/ml determined by ELISA. 内毒素 1.0EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method. Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. 复溶 Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/mL is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mLsolution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
