Product Name :
Recombinant Human LILRB2/CD85d/ILT4(hFc Tag)
Description :
FAQ COA 已发表文献 ILT4, also known as CD85d, LIR-2, and LILRB2, is closely related to mouse PIR-B and is primarily expressed on monocytes, dendritic cells, and neutrophils. The ECD of human ILT4 shares 76%aa identity with chimpanzee ILT4 and 74%, 81%, 33%, 52%, 77%, 61%, and 64%aa identity with human ILT1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7,and 8,respectively. ILT4 binds to classical MHCI proteins as well as the non-classical HLA-G1 and HLA-F molecules. It competes with CD8 alpha for MHCI binding but does not compete with KIR2DL1. Ligation of ILT4 induces tyrosine phosphorylation within its cytoplasmic ITIMs, association with SHP-1, and inhibition of stimulatory signaling. ILT4 activation promotes the development of tolerogenic dendritic cells and the subsequent induction of regulatory Tcells and CD4+T cell anergy. 产品性质 别名Synonyms CD85d, ILT4, ILT-4, ILT4CD85d, LILRB2, LIR2, MIR10 Uniprot No. Q8N423-1 Source Recombinant Human LILRB2/CD85d/ILT4 Protein is expressed from HEK293Cellswith hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln22-His458. 分子量(Molecular Weight) Approximately 74.1kDa.Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. 外观(Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGEand HPLC Activity 1.SPRData: Human LILRB2, hFc tag captured on Protein A Chip can bind Human HLA-G Tetramer, His Tag with an affinity constant of 9.20nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200). 2.SPR Data: Human LILRB2, hFc Tag captured on Protein A chip, can bind Human ANGPTL2, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.14M as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore T200). 内毒素Endotoxin 1.0EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. 复溶Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/mL`is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mLsolution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
