Product Name :
Recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1(His-Avi Tag)
Description :
FAQ COA 已发表文献 ROR1, also known as neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor-related 1 (NTRKR1), is a member of the ROR family within receptor tyrosine kinases (RTK) superfamily. Human ROR1 is a type I transmembrane protein with 937 amino acids (aa) in length. It contains a 29 aa signal sequence, a 377 aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 510 aa cytoplasmic region. Human ROR1 shares 97% and 58% aa sequence identity with mouse ROR1 and human ROR2, respectively. ROR1 has been shown to play crucial roles in developmental morphogenesis by acting as receptors or co-receptors to mediate Wnt5a-induced signaling. 产品性质 别名Synonyms ROR1, NTRKR1, dJ537F10.1 Uniprot No. Q01973-1 Source Recombinant Human /Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1 Protein is expressed from HEK293Cellswith His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln30-Glu403. 分子量(Molecular Weight) Approximately 44.9kDa.Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to55-70kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. 外观(Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGEand HPLC Activity ELISAData: Immobilized Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1 at 1g/mL(100L/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-ROR1 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50of 5.3ng/mLdetermined by ELISA. 内毒素Endotoxin 1.0EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. 复溶Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/mL`is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mLsolution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
