Product Name :
Recombinant Human LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3(hFc Tag)

Description :
FAQ COA 已发表文献 LILRB4,also known as CD85k and LIR-5, ILT3, is an approximately 60 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that negatively regulates immune cell activation. Mature human ILT3 consists of an extracellular domain (ECD) with two Ig-like domains, a transmembrane segment, and a cytoplasmic domain with 3 immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIM). The mature ECD of human ILT3 shares 44% amino acid identity with mouse ILT3. Alternative splicing of human ILT3 generates an isoform that lacks the first ITIM and a secreted isoform that circulates in the serum of cancer patients. ILT3 is expressed on dendritic cells (DC), monocytes, macrophages, and vascular endothelial cells. 产品性质 别名Synonyms HM18, ILT3, ILT-3, LILRB4, LIR5, CD85K Uniprot No. AAH26309 Source HEK293 Cells-derivedHuman LILRB4/CD85k / ILT3 Protein, Gln22-Arg256with hFctag at the C-terminal 分子量(Molecular Weight) Approximately 52.6kDa.Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-68kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. 外观(Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Dose response curve for Human Anti-LILRB4 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50of 9.8ng/mLdetermined by ELISA. 2.SPRData:Human LILRB4, hFc Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind Human APOE, His Tag with an affinity constant of 115.9 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200). 内毒素Endotoxin 1.0EU per 1g of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. 复溶Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/mL`is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mLsolution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
