Product Name :
Recombinant Mouse IL-23 Protein,His Tag

Description :
Synonyms Interleukin-23 Source HEK293 Cells Molecular Weight Apparent molecular mass of 65 kDa, 43-45 kDa and 20 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. AA Sequence mouse IL23A (Q9EQ14) (Met1-Ala196 ) with a Histag at the C-terminus,&mouse IL12B (P43432) (Met1-Ser335) with a His tag at the C-terminus Biological Activity Measured by its ability to induce IL17 secretion by mouse splenocytes. The ED50for this effect is 0.5-4 ng/mL. Purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Endotoxin Formulation Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH7.4. Normally 5% – 8% trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Reconstitution We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at -20C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Storage :
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

MedChemExpress (MCE) recombinant proteins include: cytokines, enzymes, growth factors, hormones, receptors, transcription factors, antibody fragments, etc. They are often essential for supporting cell growth, stimulating cell signaling pathways, triggering or inhibiting cell differentiation; and are useful tools for elucidating protein structure and function, understanding disease onset and progression, and validating pharmaceutical targets. At MedChemExpress (MCE), we strive to provide products with only the highest quality. Protein identity, purity and biological activity are assured by our robust quality control and assurance procedures.
