Product Name :
Recombinant Human Activin RIIA/ACVR2AProtein,His Tag

Description :
Synonyms ACVR2A;ACTRIIA;ACTR-IIA Source Human Activin RIIA/ACVR2AProtein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Ala20-Pro135.[Accession | P27037-1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 14.50 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 30-42 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Human Activin A, No Tag at 5g/ml (100l/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human Activin RIIA, His Tag with the EC50 of 0.23g/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22 m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
