Product Name :
Recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 WT (HMTEVVRRC) Tetramer Protein,His-Avi Tag

Description :
Synonyms P53;Antigen NY-CO-13;HLA-A;MHC Source Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 WT (HMTEVVRRC) Tetramer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus, tetramer is assembled by biotinylated monomer and streptavidin. It contains Gly25-Thr305(HLA-A*02:01),Ile21-Met119(B2M) and HMTEVVRRC peptide.[Accession | A0A140T913(HLA-A*02:01)&P61769(B2M)&HMTEVVRRC] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 258 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 260-265 kDa under Non reducing (N) condition based on SDS-PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Storage :
1.The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

MedChemExpress (MCE) recombinant proteins include: cytokines, enzymes, growth factors, hormones, receptors, transcription factors, antibody fragments, etc. They are often essential for supporting cell growth, stimulating cell signaling pathways, triggering or inhibiting cell differentiation; and are useful tools for elucidating protein structure and function, understanding disease onset and progression, and validating pharmaceutical targets. At MedChemExpress (MCE), we strive to provide products with only the highest quality. Protein identity, purity and biological activity are assured by our robust quality control and assurance procedures.
