Product Name :
Recombinant Biotinylated Mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 Protein (Primary Amine Labeling) ,His Tag

Description :
Synonyms CD274; PD-L1B7 homolog 1; PD-L1; B7H1 Source Biotinylated Mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 Protein (Primary Amine Labeling) is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Phe19-Thr238.[Accession | NP_068693] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 25.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. 内毒素Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Activity SPR Data: Mouse PD-1, hFc Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind Biotinylated Mouse PD-L1, His Tag with an affinity constant of 3.06 M as determined in SPR assay . Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22m filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 g/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Storage :
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

MedChemExpress (MCE) recombinant proteins include: cytokines, enzymes, growth factors, hormones, receptors, transcription factors, antibody fragments, etc. They are often essential for supporting cell growth, stimulating cell signaling pathways, triggering or inhibiting cell differentiation; and are useful tools for elucidating protein structure and function, understanding disease onset and progression, and validating pharmaceutical targets. At MedChemExpress (MCE), we strive to provide products with only the highest quality. Protein identity, purity and biological activity are assured by our robust quality control and assurance procedures.
